Above is the submission video for UserTesting's Illumini 2020 awards that I created. The NBC app was awarded in the Summer of 2020.

NBCUniversal’s Identity program launched in the Fall of 2017 on NBC Broadcast Network’s digital apps and website, and has since expanded across multiple cable brands including Bravo, USA, Oxygen, Syfy, Telemundo and E!. Since launch, its UX has iterated, enhanced, and evolved to fit the ever-changing industry and landscape. With the help of UserTesting, we've run a wide range of tests to inform how to optimize ease of use and bring maximum value for our users. Having valid, valuable user data has helped us design more optimal user flows, improved our user journeys, and enhanced our overall user experiences ultimately leading to increased registration, engagement and conversion.

The Voice & America's Got Talent

As NBCUniversal's Identity transformed through various iterations—such as adding multiple sign-in methods, creating more accessible form-fields, and general usability improvements—it was my responsibility to translate these updates as the lead designer for The Voice and America's Got Talent App. Every season, the specific integration of Identity within these apps would also be updated to reflect the season's show art. I would create these designs, review them with executives, and compile the final comps and assets to deliver to our development team, using Sketch and Zeplin.
